Chair Yoga
The chair is used for seated postures and also for greater stability in standing and balance postures. Chair yoga is great form of yoga especially for those unable to participate in a traditional yoga class due to aging, injury, disability or have difficulty getting down to and up off of the floor.

All Levels Yoga
A well-rounded class that will help to release tension, activate energy, develop muscle strength and endurance, improve balance, co-ordination, and flexibility.  All Levels Yoga is appropriate for beginners with some experience through experienced students. 

SilverSneakers Cardio & Strength
Looking for a fun, functional workout. This standing SilverSneakers Cardio & Strength low impact cardio will elevate your heart rate while building muscle strength and tone with focused strength exercises. This class uses hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a small ball, bring your own if you have them, as well as your water bottle.

Gentle Yoga

​This yoga class is designed to meet the needs of older adults, including those with conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, and others.  The movements are gentle, stretching and lengthening the muscles, helping to increase your flexibility and range of motion. This practice will help to improve your breathing, focus, and overall sense of wellbeing.  No kneeling, no standing, no getting up and down from the floor, this class is done entirely on the floor, on a yoga mat, mat can be provided.​
